Duke is a former American astronaut, U.S. Air Force officer, & test pilot. As the lunar module pilot of Apollo XVI in 1972, he became the 10th & youngest person to ever walk on the moon.
Photo measure 8" x 10" & is in excellent overall condition, with only minor corner-wear. As was typical with NASA publicity photos, this was printed on a heavyweight glossy paper rather than actual photo paper (essentially it was printed on a printing press, as opposed to being developed in a dark room). Signature is a facsimile.
