VINTAGE INDIA Large Saraswati Statue 11” Tall!
Vintage India estimated mid 1960’s! Large, elegant, bejeweled Goddess Saraswati depicted alight a swan, holding a palm leaf book of knowledge / Vedas, playing the veena, & holding a mala.
She is formed of lightweight resin, embellished with strings of plastic gold beads, rhinestones, & metal sequins. Her base is quite distressed, blue velvet needs cleaning & some sequins missing, some included for future repair. Her face could use paint touchup, see all pics. 11” tall! Stunning!
