This is a rare item for a NASA collector. This custom made plaque has a cut signature from the famous NASA astronaut Ronald Evans from Apollo 17. This does NOT come with a COA. If you get it authenticated and it is a fake, I will allow a return with proof of the fake authenticating.  Look at my store account for a variety of items.
