Offered for sale is a the Pilot Namiki 65th Anniversary Limited Edition Custom Fountain Pen (Pilot 65).  This was the special limited edition fountain pen released in 1993 to commemorate the 65th anniversary of the Pilot's founding in 1918. 6500 pieces were produced and sold out within a short period of time. The Pilot 65 was deemed as a legendary masterpiece in Japan. Pilot 65 is a balance type fountain pens, which was made popular by Dunhill-Namiki during 1930's. The pen is made of black resin and the clip and trimmings 22k gold plated. The surface of the body except the cap top, cap end, barrel end and grip section came with wave patterns. Pilot 65 comes with a cartridge and converter system. This pen also comes with the inner jewel box. The white outer box is no longer available. Never been used, inked nor dipped.  This pen also comes with a 14k Medium nib. A truly collectible piece of art and Pilot history.
