Product Description
Offered for sale is a Namiki Goose and Pink Flower 2002 limited edition maki-e fountain pen, which comes from my personal collection.
Namiki Goose & Pink Flower Limited Edition features a whimsical goose and pink flowers well-loved since ancient times by the Japanese.  This fountain pen was a reproduction of a 1960s design made by then the late artist, Sei Katsuda.  The new Namiki Goose and Pink Flower Limited Edition was made in a limited edition of 83 pieces and hand crafted by renown maki-e artisan, Seki Chida. Each pen is personally signed by the maki-e artisan and numbered.
Comes with an 18-karat gold medium nib. An elegant black lacquer wooden box with bottled ink contains this truly unique pen and makes for an exquisite presentation. This gorgeous fine writing instrument comes complete with the original outer cardboard box, outer presentation box, ink bottle, black lacquer wooden box, and authentic original documentation. Please note that this is a vest pen and does not come with a pen clip.
This pen is mint in the box. Comes with the original boxes and papers as shown below.  This pen also comes with a 18k Medium nib. A truly collectible piece of art that is difficult to come by.
