    Description

    Here we have the lower unit
    for the Mercury & Mariner V6 motors. May fit other models as well. This lower unit is in excellent working condition. It shifts and turns smoothly. It has been pressure tested. the seals are good.  New water pump impeller was installed.  The drive shaft has 8 splines and measures approximately 28-1/4" from the top of the gear case. This is an extra long shaft for 25" transoms. The propeller shaft has 15 splines. No cracks, breaks or welds.  Fresh water parts r
    emoved from serial 0G487335 and model 1150422TD , a Mercury 150 XL.  Excellent replacement gear case.
